Chris Clare leads our sales team, bringing a hands-on understanding of how to support both clients and teams to get the right outcomes. He started his career in sales before moving into leadership, giving him a strong foundation in how to build capability, drive performance, and keep the focus where it matters most, on the customer.

With a background in the joinery and automotive industries, Chris brings a practical, problem-solving mindset and a clear understanding of how different environments operate. He works closely with clients and internal specialists to make sure projects run smoothly from first conversation through to delivery and ongoing support.

Chris is also actively involved in developing people, from recruiting new talent to building the skills and confidence of the wider sales team. Alongside this, he contributes to bringing new and innovative solutions into market through close alignment with global development teams.
